SYMTOM

Bröstryggen

Symptoms:

  • acute pain after fast movement such as lifting or rotating 

  • pain in the center, one side, both or alternating sides of upper back

  • pain along the ribs towards stomach 

  • taking a deep breath hurts

  • pain in small spot between ribs

Possible causes:

  • bulging disc

  • stretching of muscle between the ribs​

Axeln

Symptoms:

  • impairment of movement

  • difficulty rotating arm and lifting it towards your head

  • pain between shoulder blade and collar bone

Possible causes:

  • frozen shoulder (capsulit)

  • inflammation of bursitis

  • tendinosis

  • impingement

  • streching of AC joint​

Knät

Symptoms:

  • swelling on the back or front of the knee

  • knee feels unstable 

  • knee hurt when putting weight on it 

  • pain on the outside of the knee, often occurring during or after running

  • pain just below or above kneecap 

  • walking down stairs is painful

Possible causes:​

  • Jumpers knee

  • runners knee

  • rupture in the back of the thigh

  • inflammation in mucus membrane

  • inflammation in knee joint​

Armbågen

Symptoms:

  • pain around the elbow, worsened by monotonous movements and gripping 

  • pain in elbow, especially when bending arm and gripping at the same time

  • severe swelling over elbow

  • pain around elbow joint

  • reduced movement when bending arm

Possible causes:

  • tennis elbow

  • golf elbow

  • elbow bursitis ​

Höften

Symptoms:

  • pain on front of thigh and groin during activity/at night

  • sharp stabbing pain on hip

​

Possible causes:

  • Arthritis

  • Arthrosis

  • "Loose body"

  • Bursit​

Nacken

Symptoms:

  • morning headaches that ease towards midday

  • pain in neck, head, arms and around shoulderblades

  • numb sensation in arm and hand when moving neck

  • loss of strength and reflexes in neck area

  • chronic pain in neck and shoulder that goes away by lunchtime

  • pain when rotating neck

Possible causes:​

  • buktande disk

  • herniated disk

  • spinal stenosis

  • lateral stenosis

  • facet joint pain​

Ländryggen

Symptoms:

  • pain on one, both or alternating sides of lower back, sometimes pain goes into legs

  • pain is worse when sitting down, shifting position, lifting something or bending forwards

  • loss of strength, reflex and sensation in legs

  • chronic pain pain that eases when bending forward or sitting down

  • pain when remaining in one position for a long time

Possible causes:​

  • bulging disc

  • herniated disc

  • spinal stenosis

  • ligament pain

  • lumbago

  • lumbago Ischias​

Handleden

Symptoms:

  • pain in and difficulty bening wrist up and/or down 

  • pain inside wrist

  • pain when bending hand towards or away from thumb

  • pain on top of or under hand when activated

Possible causes:​

  • arthritis

  • TFCC

  • subluxation of a metacarpal

  • streching of ligaments on in- or outside of wrist alternatively on top of hand

  • ganglion

  • överbelastning av muskelfäste på ovan- eller undersidan av handen

Foten

Symptoms:

  • pain in foot especially after long rest

  • pain under heel bone that worsens during prolonged impact 

  • pain on back of lower leg, especially in the morning

  • swelling and bruising of foot

  • foot feels unstable

  • pain on inside and front of lower leg

Possible causes:

  • foot spur

  • depressed heel cushion

  • achilles tendinitis

  • ankle sprain

  • shin splints​
